Dr Karen B. Raw, B.Ch.D MFGDP PgCertAdvGDP(Birm) PG.Dip.Ortho
Karen graduated from Leeds University in 1987. Since then she has gained a wide variety of experience working in her own practices in Wilmslow, York, general practices and for the Community Dental Service and York District Hospital as an orthodontic clinical assistant to the Consultant.
Karen is committed to Continual Professional Education, having successfully passed by examination the Diploma in General Dental Practice (RCS) and obtained a Certificate in Restorative Dentistry (Eastman London).
She then went on to study at the University of Birmingham to obtain a Certificate in Advanced General Dental Practice.
Lastly, she completed the Diploma in Orthodontics again by examination.
Karen is consequently able to offer a high level of clinical experience and expertise with a full range of restorative treatments, including Cosmetic Dentistry and Orthodontics.
The prevention of dental disease and minimally invasive dentistry are also at the heart of her treatment philosophy.
Gaynor Broad RDN, Senior dental Nurse
Gaynor is an experienced and knowledgeable dental nurse having had a long and rewarding career. She is excited to be working and leading in this squat practice.
She has two grown-up children who still keep her busy alongside her new interest in cycling and she always looks forward to her visits to Cornwall in the Summer.
